The order is gone and its 1 USDG bond is forfeited. Your size was never locked, so the rest of your balance is untouched.
No. The owner cannot move, freeze or seize any balance, nor stop a withdrawal of free balance. It can disable a market, which blocks reveals there, so a sealed order in that market would lose its 1 USDG bond. The stock tokens' own issuer can pause them; Blacksite cannot.
